We love Becket's Restaurant and we love it when you join us. We'll open your palate with the sweet sizzle of soul, jazz and blues as you enjoy a great meal and a beverage of your choice. We are so fortunate to have Jose' Encarnacion in our community at Lawrence University.  He is a force!  He's also an amazing educator, composer and saxophonist with an energy that is electrifying! I've been asked to sing with him and his ensemble. The concert is titled "Brazilian Jazz". John Harmon and his music will be celebrated at Lawrence University on May 24th. I'll be there to perform music he has written for me.  Many guest artists will be featured and some surprises. Click on the track below to hear one of his masterpieces.  A song that he was commissioned to write for a man fighting cancer as a gift to his wife and her unfailing commitment to his recovery.
